The outdoor kitchen includes a glass-ceramic cooktop, a grill, running water, a sink, and a dishwasher, allowing for effortless meal preparation in a relaxed setting. An external WC is also available for added convenience.
The interior of the villa is spread across two floors – the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor is designed as a spacious open area that includes a modern kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a guest toilet. The kitchen is fitted with the latest technology and features an induction cooktop with an integrated hood, a large refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher. All the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals are provided. Next to the kitchen is a large dining table, perfect for social gatherings. The living room is bright and spacious, equipped with a large sofa, a coffee table, air conditioning, and a TV with satellite programs. From the living room, you can access the terrace and the pool, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a TV, and a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. One of the bedrooms features a private bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a hairdryer, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. If needed, two foldable beds can be provided for two additional guests. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality bedding and soft towels, ensuring comfort and restful sleep. Modern materials and light colors dominate the villa's interior, creating a welcoming and homey atmosphere.
