It is a beautiful four bedroom villa, large open plan kitchen with dining and living area opening to a nice terrace with table and chairs. The living area, one double bedroom and a bathroom, storage with a washing machine is downstairs. The stairs leat up to the first floor with three double bedrooms each with a TV. Tow of the bedrooms share a balcony. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower on the first floor as well.
There is a big garden featuring the pool, small child playground and a large meadow in front of the house. There is the open parking place for 2, even 3 cars. The garden is fully enclosed
The house is very comfortable, spacious and fully equipped; kitchen is equipped with all appliances: electric stove, oven, m microwave, dishwasher, cutlery...
