The property spans two floors. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds, one travel cot) and downstairs features a spacious living area with a dining space and an open-plan kitchen. A shower and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. The living room boasts two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception, a CD radio, an open fireplace, and a small library. Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a hot water device, a toaster, a coffee maker, an oven, and plenty of dishes. A dishwasher is also provided. The dining area consists of a round table (with an extension leaf available), 4 (5) chairs, and a high chair. In the storage room, you'll find a washing machine, a clothes rack, and space to store your bicycles.
At about one kilometer away, there is a shopping center with supermarkets, snack bars, a bank, and a pharmacy.
The car parking space is right outside the front door.

Maritime Museum (approx. 6 km), Fort Kijkduin with North Sea aquarium (approx. 3 km), Den Helder marina, nature reserve "Het Swanenwater" south of Callantsoog (approx. 5 km), Café Huisduinen with particularly beautiful sea views, Schagen (shopping city with typical Dutch charm), cheese market in Alkmaar, flower parade in Anna Paulowna on the first weekend of May.
The holiday park is located about 400 m behind the dunes, and the sea is easily accessible on foot, even with small children. It also features a beautiful lake with a fantastic water playground for kids of all ages. Additionally, there's a mini-golf course, a large trampoline, a tennis court, a bowling alley, bicycle rentals, an animal enclosure, and 2 restaurants. An indoor swimming pool and a golf course (9-hole) are situated in close proximity.
Well-maintained bicycle paths lead through the dunes to the north.
Coming from the Ruhr area, take the A3 towards Arnhem, then the A12 towards Utrecht, followed by the direction Amsterdam. Continue on the N9 towards Alkmaar or Den Helder. Take the exit for Julianadorp-Süd and go straight ahead until you reach the dunes. There, turn right and drive for about 1.5 km. You will then have arrived at the Strandslag Park.
Use the included access chip to open the barrier and enter the facility with your car. The location of our house can be recognized on a map that will be sent to you along with the key. We are, of course, available for any further questions.
