Sunny, tranquil holiday home renovated in 2022 in a small mountain village community with a fantastic view of the Karawanken, Urbansee, and the Klagenfurt basin.
Carefully modernized, bright and at the same time cozy holiday home and garden (1000sqm).
As nature-loving people, it is very important to us to live in harmony and with high respect for humans and nature.
Hiking trail right outside the door, wonderful nature. We use natural materials and organic cleaning agents.

The house is quietly situated at 1140 meters in a small hamlet with 1 small farm and 5 other houses on a dead-end street. Galler Str. 20, 9554 St.Urban. The hiking trail starts at the house. The nearest swimming lake is 2.5 km away. Skiing 3 km. In 25 minutes you are in Klagenfurt. Nearest via ferrata about 25 minutes by car.

Familienzeit mit Wahnsinnsausblick

Wir haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus als Familie mit 3 Kindern (7,5,5 Jahre alt) verbracht. Hier findet man Ruhe vom Alltag. Das Haus war super sauber und gepflegt und liebevoll vorbereitet als wir angekommen sind. Alle haben sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Der St. Urban See liegt ganz nah und hat mehrere Badestege und einen guten Italiener. Hier haben wir einige Tage verbracht. Vom Haus aus lassen sich aber auch problemlos Ausflüge zum family Wald Ossiacher See oder zur Gerlitzen Alpe unternehmen. Wir waren nach den Ausflügen immer wieder froh in der Ruhe des wunderbaren Ferienhauses anzukommen und abends auf der Terasse den Tag ausklingen lassen zu können.
Vielen Dank an Kerstin und Johannes, dass wir hier 2 schöne Wochen verbringen konnten.

Den Vorabbewertungen können wir nur zustimmen: Gall 20 ist ein Paradies für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebhaber. Hier kann man richtig entspannen, einfach mal Nichts tun, die wunderbare Aussicht genießen, die ständig neue Eindrücke bietet, in der Sonne liegen und den Schafen in der Nachbarschaft zusehen, bei abwechslungsreichen Wanderungen die Bergwiesen bewundern, in der Sauna relaxen und in super bequemen Betten nächtigen.
Den halben Berg hinunter gibt es rund um St. Urban alles Notwendige: Gasthöfe, einen gut sortierten Dorfladen, Badesee. Wer mehr erleben will, kann im Umkreis von 30 Autominuten den Ossiacher See, den Wörther See oder Klagenfurt erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super freundlich. Danke für den tollen Urlaub, wir werden wiederkommen.

Ein Haus in dieser Lage und mit dieser gehobenen Ausstattung findet man nicht gleich wieder. Alles ist liebevoll und durchdacht renoviert und ausgebaut. Die Lage ist ruhig und zur Erholung bestens geeignet. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind kurz zu erreichen und die Informationen im Haus sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Danke an Kerstin und Johannes für das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen zur Nutzung.
Wir werden gerne wieder das Haus zur Entspannung auswählen.
