Modern villa with direct access to the beautiful sandy beach of Plantanes. The villa was completed April 2017 and has a roof terrace and a large pool terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The villa has a living-dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. From the living area you enter the large pool terrace. On the upper floor is the 2nd double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a large roof terrace. In the basement is the 3rd double bedroom with a bathroom and a large utility room with washing machine and dryer. Here also the bed for the 7th person can be placed if needed.
Shopping facilities as well as restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. Rethymnon is about 5 km away. The old town of Rethymnon with its numerous restaurants is worth a visit. There is also a bus connection.
