Located on the hillside overlooking the vineyards, this facility is the ideal place for families and groups who wish to spend moments of relaxation, not far from the services and the gorgeous valleys of the region.
The structure develops on the ground floor and includes a little mezzanine floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with access to the barbecue and wood oven area, a double bedroom with twin beds (joinable beds upon request), three double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub and shower head. On the same floor there is a wide living room that leads through an internal staircase to the mezzanine floor with sofabed and armchairs. A winding staircase leads to the basement, with direct access to the garden and designated as laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
The property is entirely fenced-in. Guests can benefit from a wide garden full of plants and fruit trees where the fenced-in swimming pool (14 x 7 - Depth 1,20 - 2,40 - Opening Period 26/04 - 27/09) with close gazebo stands out. In addition, there are several panoramic outdoor areas that offer the possibility to eat together outside and enjoy moments of refreshing rest.
