Cancellation policy
Termination/cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant must be carried out in writing. In the event of a cancellation made up to 90 days before the agreed start of the rental period, the tenant has to pay a cancellation fee in the amount of 30% of the rental price. Cancellations made at a later date incur a cancellation fee in the amount of 90% of the rental price. No cancellation fees are charged if it is possible to rent the property successfully to another party. The tenant also has the right to prove that no damages or only minor damages have been incurred. A shortening of the rental period is treated as a (partial) cancellation of the rental contract or as a cancellation of the entire rental contract if this would result in the rental period being less than the minimum stay. The tenant is not entitled to withdraw from or terminate the contract if the rental property is not to their liking. The tenant is not entitled to a pro rata refund of the rent in the case of an early departure.

Particularly popular activities include hiking, cycling, boating, visiting the marina, checking out the Baltic Sea thermal baths and experiencing such varied events as the well-loved Promenade Festival. Trips to the Hansapark amusement park and the island of Fehmarn are also firm favourites.
Getting there
Take the A1 motorway (Autobahn) in the direction of Hamburg - Lübeck - Puttgarden. The A1 currently ends in Heiligenhafen (construction work), so follow the B 207 (E 47) from there until you reach the Großenbrode exit. Follow the main road into the village of Großenbrode. Before you reach the supermarket, turn left into Strandstraße (over the railway crossing). You'll find a parking area on the left-hand side when you reach the end of the street.

Die Wohnung zählt zu den schönsten, die wir jemals hatten. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Ostsee lässt das Herz aufgehen. Wir haben uns vorgenommen, im nächsten Jahr wieder diese Wohnung zu mieten.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit seitl. Ostseeblick. Das Schlafsofa müsste einmal erneuert werden ist nicht mehr bequem darauf zu sitzen. Ansonsten ist alles supi auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
