Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 30 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
(2) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
(3) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive date is the day the statement is received by the landlord.

Holiday destination
The area is known as Dalmatinska Zagora, and the village of Slivno is a small community just a 20-minute drive from Makarska and Baska Voda. It is 10 km away from the highway exit. A very good starting point for excursions to Split, Dubrovnik, Mostar.
Slime is a village in the Split-Dalmatia County in the area of the city of Omiš, situated between the Vrulja Bay and the Dubac Pass on one side, and the Cetina River on the other. A small village in the Dalmatian Zagora, nestled between the attractive cities of Omiš and Makarska.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Dolac in Slime. Großen Anteil daran hatte der sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar war und uns mit zahlreichen Tips für Unternehmungen in der Gegend versorgt hat. Bei Ankunft in der Villa erwartete uns bereits ein Willkommens-Paket mit Getränken und frischem Obst. Die Villa selbst war sehr sauber und ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen und nicht zuletzt der schöne Pool mit Traumaussicht auf das Biokovo-Gebirge machten die hohen Temperaturen erträglich. Ein kleiner Supermarkt im Ort ist vorhanden, zu größeren Geschäften fährt man um die 15 Minuten. Ein Fahrzeug ist jedenfalls unabdingbar, da man zu größeren Orten bzw. Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend schon einige Fahrzeit in Kauf nehmen muss.

Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung! Perfekte Unterkunft für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt
Die Unterkunft war dank der detaillierten Anweisungen des Gastgebers sehr einfach zu finden. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt.
Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen tatkräftig unterstützt und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten.
Das Haus entsprach exakt den Beschreibungen und Bildern auf der Website. Es war wunderschön eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!
