The "Schöne Aussicht" holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a sunny and quiet area of Ranco, about 100 metres from the lake. The modernly furnished holiday apartment consists of a living room with well-equipped kitchen area, living room with sofa and satellite TV with lake view. From here there is access to the covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In front of the flat in the garden there are two deckchairs for guests to relax in the greenery. Parking spaces are available in front of the entrance to the residence. The holiday apartment is conveniently located as it is only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Ranco.
Within a radius of 300 metres there are three restaurants 'La Conca Azzurra' 'Il Belvedere' and 'Il Sole'.
In the gardens by the lake there is the bar 'Il Molo" and a children's playground,
There is a bus stop in the centre of Ranco.

After Gotthard or San Bernardino after Locarno take the SS 34 and enter the A26 motorway ("Baveno-Stresa") to Sesto C. > Angera > Ranco. Coming from Simplon (CH) take the SS 33 and the A26 motorway to Sesto C. , then go towards Angera to Ranco.
From Bellinzona-Locarno (Switzerland) take the SS394 to Laveno Mombello > Ispra > Ranco.
Malpensa or Linate Airport > A8/A26 motorway ("Gravellona Toce") > Exit: "Sesto Calende-Vergiate" > take to Angera > Ranco.
