The villa, with a living space of about 200 sqm on two levels, is attractively furnished for six people. The upper floor offers three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a large terrace with panoramic sea views.
A prominent staircase leads to the lower level with a very large living/dining area with TV, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Also on this level is a guest toilet and a washing machine. In front of the living areas, there is a large terrace with panoramic sea views, a dining group with a large gas BBQ, sun loungers, etc.
If you wish to expand the living space, an additional apartment with basic amenities on the pool level can be booked upon request. This includes a living and dining area with TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with two single beds, and a small shower room with toilet. This then results in a total capacity of 8 adults and 2 children. The additional price for the apartment ranges from 520 to 1,095 euros per week, depending on the season.

The pool area with the 4 x 10 m (heatable) swimming pool is located on a lower level. There are also sun loungers, parasols, and a lounge seating area available. The property is 2,300 m2 in size and 3-4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway area.
