    Die Lage ist wunderschön, aber wir waren im Erdgeschoss und unsere Wohnung lag neben dem Haupteingang. Viel Lärm und keine Privatsphäre. Badewäsche wird nur einmal gestellt (2 Handtücher). Das Zimmer und die Dusche sind in Ordnung. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten und wunderschöne Natur.

    Wir haben eine Wohnung mit Balkon gemietet. Bei der Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass der Balkon im Erdgeschoss lag! Es war nur ein kleines Stück Terrasse mit Zugang zu unserer eigenen Tür und zur Straße! Keine Aussicht auf das schöne Stubaital. Außerdem war es sehr laut. Jedes Geräusch der Nachbarn oder der Nachbartoilette (neben und darüber) war zu hören. Außerdem war nur 1 Pfanne vorhanden, die Küchenschränke waren kaputt. Niemand, der dich empfängt. Und 3 ganze Tage lang in Beton BOHREN. Diese Wohnung ist Belvilla unwürdig.
