Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees for travel restrictions by Covid 19.
- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

The apartment near the beach in Puerto Pollença is the perfect vacation accommodation for guests who like to live near the beach and if necessary do without a car. For families, singles and couples. The former fishing village has today a beautiful pedestrian promenade with bars, good restaurants and small boutiques. A long sandy beach stretches along the bay. Families with children love the wide, gently sloping beach and turquoise waters. The bay of Pollença is also a popular spot for water sports. The surfing and sailing school Sail & Surf offers courses for different age groups. The "Reial Club Nàutic Port de Pollença" is, next to the port of Palma de Mallorca, the only royal marina on the Balearic Islands. Behind the yacht and fishing harbor, the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca stretches out. It enjoys a particularly great view of the steep slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains. The bird watching center La Gola is also right in the neighborhood. On Wednesdays, the weekly market is held on the Plaça.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau dem, was man aus der Beschreibung und den Bildern erwarten kann.
Sie ist sehr sauber, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und liegt sehr nah dem Zentrum/Promenade/Strand.
Die wöchentlichen Zwischenreinigungen haben tadellos funktioniert.
Die Bauweise insgesamt ist etwas hellhörig und die Pfannen könnten ausgetauscht werden.
Ansonsten alles bestens.
