The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a television. There is an open kitchen with a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, oven, kettle, and toaster.
The master bedroom has 2 single beds with separate mattresses, and a second bedroom has 2 separate single beds, the third bedroom has a single bed. The beds are of course made upon your arrival, and a set of towels is ready for you. A baby cot is also available. A washing machine and dryer are also provided.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. In the backyard, you'll find the Finnish sauna and the outdoor shower.

6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be compelled by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be done in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not satisfactory to the tenant, the landlord must, without any liability on the landlord's part, refund all amounts paid by the tenant.
6.2.1. Cancellations and dissolutions must first be reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing, including the rental contract, by registered mail. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours after reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than one week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administration fees will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. The landlord will issue a cancellation invoice after receiving a cancellation from the tenant, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the contents of the cancellation invoice, and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
