In a quiet, rural location in the province of Zeeland, this detached holiday home is within walking distance of the beach aan Zee. It is equipped with a comfortable interior, a beautiful garden, and a charging point for electric cars. This home is very suitable for a vacation with 1 or 2 families!

Enjoy sunny days on beach Gorishoek (450 m) or you can walk to the diving location at 200 m (Gorishoek de Plaat) for an exciting day. The island of Tholen is only 11 km from the accommodation and you will find authentic dikes, mills, and farmhouses surrounded by the impressive nature of the Oosterschelde National Park. The region offers beautiful cycling and walking routes and great (fish) restaurants.

Unser Urlaub begann mit einem Wermutstropfen... Das Reinigungsteam war nicht vorbeigekommen: Der Müll der Vormieter lag immer noch überall. Außerdem war das Haus voller schmutziger Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ich rief SOS Belvilla an, aber sie konnten uns nicht helfen... Zum Glück gab es eine Waschmaschine/Trockner. Wir arbeiteten bis 2 Uhr morgens und wuschen und trockneten alles, weil wir 11 Leute waren. Ich habe auch alles selbst gereinigt, auch den Schimmel im Kühlschrank.
Besonders schade finde ich, dass unser Wochenende mit Freunden so begann und wir keine Hilfe bekamen. Ich warte immer noch auf eine Rückerstattung, von der ich zumindest hoffe, dass sie eine angemessene Entschädigung darstellt.
Nachdem ich andere Bewertungen gelesen hatte, hatte ich bereits Zweifel, ob wir dieses Haus reservieren sollten, aber wir konnten kein anderes Haus finden und machten trotzdem eine Reservierung. Ich bereue die Reservierung.

Das Haus selbst ist in Ordnung. Komfortabel und geräumig genug für 12 Personen. Die Verarbeitung und Lieferung waren jedoch weit unter dem Standard.

Das Geländer war locker, was ziemlich gefährlich ist, einer Schublade der Spülmaschine fehlte ein Rad, was es jedes Mal zu einem Kampf mit der Spülmaschine machte, es gab zu wenig Besteck für 12 Personen, einige Gläser waren gesprungen, es gab keine Informationsmappe mit inkl. WLAN-Code und weiteren Erläuterungen, ich hatte keinen Schlüsselcode erhalten und konnte das Haus nicht betreten, es gab zu wenig Bettzeug, Küchenwäsche fehlte komplett, die Reinigung war mittelmäßig, die Spülmaschine war nicht geleert und roch daher Schrecklich, Staubsaugen war nicht möglich, weil die Säcke voll waren und es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es Müllsäcke gegeben hätte. Im Schrank befand sich ein Sack mit allerlei Produkten, die die Vorbewohner zurückgelassen hatten.

Der Aufenthalt war schön, aber ich erwarte viel Besseres, wenn ich eine Unterkunft miete.

Guten Morgen,

Wir waren letztes Wochenende in Scherpenisse und haben ein Haus für 14 Personen gemietet.

• Bei der Ankunft fiel auf, dass das Haus nicht sauber war, insbesondere der Kühlschrank war sehr schmutzig.
• Das Geländer war locker, jemand ist dadurch gestürzt.
• Es fehlte Besteck, wir haben dies sofort gemeldet.
• Es gab keine Außenbeleuchtung, was sehr unpraktisch war, in den anderen Häusern war sie jedoch vorhanden.
• Die Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte im ganzen Haus überhaupt nicht.
• In allen Badezimmern gab es keine Haken oder ähnliches, um das Handtuch aufzuhängen.

Wir haben viel Geld für diesen Aufenthalt bezahlt, wir haben es selbst aufgeräumt hinterlassen.

Eine Anzahlung von 400 € wurde geleistet, aber noch nicht zurückerstattet.
