Cancellation policy
The guest does not have a right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions. Explicit reference is made to the legal provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
The booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the trip. In the case of a later cancellation, the cancellation fee will be staggered as follows:
From 30 days before the planned arrival - 30% of the total booking amount
From 14 days before the planned arrival - 50% of the total booking amount
From 7 days before the planned arrival - 80% of the total booking amount
In case of cancellation one day before the planned arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total booking amount
In the event of an early departure, the full booked amount will be charged.

Our mountain farm is quietly and very sunny situated amidst a larch forest slightly above the village of Unser Frau at 1600m. A holiday with us at Anderleithof in the Schnalstal valley offers you a stay in the midst of a natural mountain landscape. Our holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for exploring the numerous hiking trails in a dreamlike natural setting, as well as for winter sports in the nearby glacier ski area.
Getting there
By car: via the Brenner Motorway, exit Bolzano Sud and take the expressway (Mebo) to the entrance of the Schnals Valley. After about 15.5 km, you will reach the village of Unser Frau. Drive through the village, then after about 1.5 km, turn right off the main road and you will have reached Anderleithof after about 400 meters.
By car: via the Reschen Pass, through the Vinschgau Valley to the entrance of the Schnals Valley. After about 15.5 km, you will reach the village of Unser Frau. Wir hatten einen besonders schönen Urlaub im Schnalstal auf dem Anderleithof. Die Ferienwohnung, die Umgebung und der Service war super! Auch unser Hund Lissy war herzlich willkommen. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Skifahren und Winterwandern.
