Villa Panorama offers a panoramic view of the city and is furnished with fine furniture and antiques. In addition to the beaches and the historic center which are located a few kilometers away, it is possible to visit many attractions including Baia Vallugola, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Gabicce Mare and the medieval borgo of Gradara.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a reading room, a living room with TV corner and dining table with direct access to the porch and swimming pool area, an equipped kitchen with access to the back porch with barbecue area, laundry area and a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private terrace, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. It is possible to add a single bed in the anteroom of a double bedroom or in the reading room.

Guests can benefit of a large porch equipped for outdoor dining and cooking and a swimming pool (12 x 5 - Depth 1,40 - Opening Period 26/04 - 31/10) with hydromassage. The owner, ready to satisfy every need, lives on a side below the property with independent access, respecting the total privacy of guests. The property is totally fenced-in. The swimming pool and the garden are for exclusive use.

In Pesaro there are lots of events for all needs. The most famous one is the Rossini Opera Festival, which is held every year in August and attracts many opera followers from around the world. Of great interest for visitors the local street markets and fairs, such as the fair of St. Nicola in September, the Port festival on the first Sunday of July and the Antiques market held every third Sunday of the month. Real shopaholic cannot miss the so called Stradomenica, an event held every third Sunday of each month.
