From the kitchen, you have direct access to the beautifully situated and sheltered terrace, where you can start the day with breakfast outdoors in good weather.
Upstairs, there are a total of 3 bedrooms (large bedroom with TV, sink, mirror, built-in wardrobe, side tables), as well as 2 additional bedrooms and a toilet.
