Cancellation policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the agreed fee will be deposited by the renter when they make their reservation via wire transfer to the checking account in the name of Stefano Frattini
In case of cancellation more than 42 days prior to the check-in date the entire sum will be reimbursed to the renter.
In case of cancellation within 42 days of the check-in date the sum will not be reimbursed.

Host informationWe are Valentina and Stefano. In our past lives we were Milanese freelancers: for 20 years we worked in communications. At the beginning of 2021, in part “thanks” to the ongoing pandemic, we realized that city life was beginning to feel “constricting”, and we needed more distant horizons. Thanks to friends, we discovered the great beauty of the Langa Astigiana. Now this is our new horizon, greener, further away. With our hospitality business we look forward to welcoming the world with open arms. Our home will be your home.
