The large south-facing terrace along with the garden bungalow offer you a lot of space for seating/dining and relaxation options.
The massage/relaxation/viewing and wellness mini-pool (2.0 x 2.7m x 0.70m deep) also invites you to take a refreshing dip with powerful back/and pelvis massage through strong jets.
There are some excellent restaurants offering the typical local menus of up to 10 courses, all-inclusive (wine included) at prices ranging from €35 to €45.

The terrace running along the apartment has an area of about 110 m², with a total length of 15 m. As you can see from the photos, the entire area is available for your exclusive use.

The town of "Cipressa" has a small infrastructure with a quite good restaurant, a bar, a grocery store, and a newsstand where you can also find German newspapers. There is also a pharmacy in town.
Every morning in Cipressa, you can buy delicious rolls for breakfast.
By walking, you will have already completed your daily fitness training.
In less than 15 minutes by car, you can reach the beaches and the cities of Imperia, San Remo. A trip to Genoa, Monte Carlo, Cap Ferrat, Antibes, or Nice are rewarding destinations.
