Description

The beautiful detached Villa Hanna, situated in an exceptionally quiet area, offers 130 sqm of living space across two floors. The upper level features a kitchen-living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom. And, of course, a balcony with a view over the "Raski zaljev" Bay. The lower level has two additional bedrooms, a children's room, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms and the children's room provide access to the covered terrace and the large private pool. We are child-friendly! A crib and high chair are, of course, available free of charge.

Special features

The large pool is extremely popular with our guests, providing fun and refreshment.
The living area and kitchen are spacious and modern. Fast WIFI and a SMART-TV ensure entertainment, while the air conditioning keeps the temperatures pleasant.

Holiday destination

Beaches with crystal-clear water can be found in Koromacno, about a 5-minute drive away, or in Ravni and Rabaz. Secluded coves are accessible in about 40 minutes on foot. The historic Labin, with shopping and restaurants, is approximately 10 km away. You can also experience culture and history in Pula, where there is, for example, a Roman amphitheater and the Temple of Augustus. Throughout Istria, excellent cuisine and wine cellars beckon, along with exquisite olive oil. The Buzet region is renowned for its truffles.

Wir haben, zu viert mit unserem kleinen Hund, eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa Hanna verbracht. Es war alles da was man braucht, alles sehr sauber, toller Pool und einen super schönen Meerblick vom Balkon. Karin unsere Vermieterin war für fragen immer zu erreichen und sehr nett, auch Roberta, die für uns vor Ort da war, war immer erreichbar und sehr nett.
Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Einfach nur Traumhaft

Hochwertige Einrichtung mit schönen extras wie zb. Eiswürfelmaschine. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt mit Klimaamlage und Meerblick.
Jeden zu empfelen der ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen möchte. Sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Besitzer.
Supermarkt in kurzer strecke gleich mit den auto erreichbar. Traumhafter rugiger strand in der nähe mit klaren wasser wo direkt mit dem auto geparkt werden kann und es auch genügend schattenplätze gibt.

Wir waren als Großeltern mit Tochter und Familie in Karins tollem Haus zu Gast. Es ist sehr großzügig, top ausgestattet und supersauber, auch an sonst in Ferienhäusern kritischen Stellen wie Grill und Backofen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft, der Pool sehr groß und gepflegt. Vorort sind Roberta und Daniel zuständig sind super hilfsbereit, immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. Auch Karin unsere Vermieterin ist sehr lieb und keine Frage war ihr zuviel, man merkte, dass ihr wirklich dran gelegen war, dass wir einen schönen Urlaub in ihrem Haus verbringen. Absolute Buchempfehlung und Daumen nach oben. Dankeschön für 2 richtig tolle Wochen in der Villa Hanna
