Über Belvilla ein Ferienhaus bei De IJsvogel in Voorthuizen gemietet. Die Mietkosten würden 827,11 € betragen. 708,96 € sind an Belvilla zu zahlen, der Rest an De IJsvogel. Aber ich habe vom IJsvogel eine Rechnung über 190,10 € erhalten. Damit betrug die Mietsumme 899,06 € statt 828,11 €.
Ich konnte meine diesbezügliche Beschwerde nirgendwo auf der Belvilla-Website einreichen. Also rief ich an. Beim ersten Mal wurde nach 50 Minuten in der Warteschleife aufgelegt, beim zweiten Mal nach 40 Minuten in der Warteschleife. Wertlos!!!

Ein sehr schönes und komplettes Ferienhaus für vier Personen, neu und komplett ausgestattet mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer, zwei schönen Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer mit separater Toilette. Besonders für Radsportbegeisterte ist die Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ideal, aber auch Wanderer kommen auf ihre Kosten. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Orte, die einen Besuch wert sind. An Sonntagen gilt weiterhin die Sonntagsruhe, daher muss man dies beim Einkauf von Lebensmitteln berücksichtigen.
