It has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds. One of the double beds has no footboard. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV.

Two bedrooms have an EnSuite bathroom with XXL shower and double vanity and toilet. One of the three bathrooms has a Jacuzzi.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The living room has an open fireplace. You will also find a large Full HD TV with Ambilight, a stereo system, especially for iPhone, DVD Blu-Ray player.
On the large shaded terraces you can relax in teak wood furniture or in the comfortable rattan armchairs
The villa has a heated pool.
The outdoor shower is with hot and cold water.

Most airports fly daily to several airlines Heraklion or Chania. From the airport it is about 85 km to the villa.
After booking you will receive a detailed directions! We are also on site and are happy to help.
When booking a rental car, we are happy to help. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You are expected at the airport, you do not need to hire and wait anywhere. We will do everything in advance for you. You can then park the car at the airport.

Seit Anfang des Jahres 2024 hat die Griechische Regierung eine Öko-Steuer eingeführt. Diese wird nach Kategorie und Saison gestaffelt:
Die Gebühr vom 1. März - 31. Oktober beträgt 10,00 €/ Nacht pro Villa und vom 1. November - 29. Februar 4,00 €/ Nacht, unabhängig von der Anzahl der Gäste.
Der Betrag kann vor Anreise an uns überwiesen werden, , oder mit Visa oder Master-Karte bezahlt werden.
