The beautiful holiday apartment was completely renovated in March 2018. Floors, walls, new bathroom, custom-made bedroom furniture, new kitchen, etc. In 2023, we installed new windows with blinds and mosquito nets. The separate large terrace of 50 sqm and a separate balcony with sea views ensure pure relaxation in the open air.
Our complex also has a large swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) and a separate children's pool. Outdoor shower, sun loungers, and barbecue facilities are available in the garden next to the pool.
Bike rental included in the price (limited availability). High-quality mountain bikes, E-bikes, and children's bikes available for an additional charge.
Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the price.
Covered parking is available in the courtyard.

From the holiday apartment, you can easily access various cycling routes by bike. The old town of Porec and the beaches are just a 2-3 minute drive away, with larger shopping facilities 2 km away. Restaurants, supermarket, bakery, playground, sports field, doctor, pharmacy, and other amenities are within immediate walking distance of the complex.
The surrounding area is beautiful and worth seeing at any time of the year. Enjoy the seasons in nature and treat yourself to the good, fresh sea air every day.
