Es ist ein schönes und sauberes Haus. Allerdings gab es in unserem Hinterhof große Bautätigkeiten. Die Bauarbeiter begannen um 06:40 Uhr mit ihrer Arbeit. Mit der Ruhe war es sofort vorbei, Ausschlafen war nicht mehr möglich. Auch schön draußen auf unserer Terrasse zu sitzen war keine Party.
Dies wurde uns einen Tag vor unserer Abreise an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Er hielt es für eine berechtigte Beschwerde. Den Ausgleich wollte sie mit einem Abendessen im Restaurant schaffen. Das konnten wir nicht machen, da wir bereits im Château Neercanne in Maastricht reserviert hatten. Dann boten sie ein anderes Haus an. Der ganze Aufwand für eine Nacht empfanden wir als zu viel. Die Rezeption hat eine E-Mail an Belvilla geschickt und um eine Entschädigung gebeten. Wir haben jedoch noch nichts gehört. Wir warten auf Ihre Antwort und würden gerne hören, was Sie mit dieser Beschwerde tun werden.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen auch, diese Bauaktivitäten zu erwähnen, damit die Kunden dann die Wahl haben, ob sie gehen oder nicht.
Das waren wir jedenfalls nicht ausgestattet, als wir nach Hause zurückkehrten.
