The holiday home "Villa Silvicon" provides a unique ambience that includes the large pool and extra spacious outdoor area that invites you to kick back and relax after an active day playing golf or returning from excursions into the surrounding region. The home faces east, so you can enjoy stunning sunrises, cool shade in the covered area during the day and sunshine from morning till evening thanks to the large terrace.
The entire house is equipped with a central air conditioning system and sits on a 2000m² plot of land, amidst palm trees in a well cared-for area in the Palm Square of Lehigh Acres.
An open kitchen, breakfast bar, high ceilings, ceiling fans, WiFi, 65"Smart TV connectable with your personal netfllix, prime, disney account. Sand toys and 2 child car seats are also part of the standard equipment.

"Villa Silvicon" is situated in a sought-after location in the Palm Square of Lehigh Acres, 15 minutes south-east of Fort Myers. Lehigh is a true "eldorado" for golf enthusiasts.
If shopping is on your agenda, the Miromar Outlet Mall (12 miles) is worth the trip.
Sanibel is roughly one hour away. You have to drive 35-45 minutes to reach Fort Myers or Bonita Beach. (Orlando 150 miles, Miami 130 miles.)
