From the living room, bedroom and terrace you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the cozy, small marina. With the apartment's binoculars you can follow the many sailboats and the lively traffic of large container ships to and from the Kiel Canal. And if you choose to come to Kieler Woche, which usually takes place the last whole week in June, you can from your holiday apartment witness the world's largest sailing competition. In addition to a combined living room-kitchen area of 30 m & # 178; a large and bright bedroom of 16 m & # 178; with sea views and a bathroom with both whirlpool and sauna. The local area invites for walks in the harbor area and beach trips to the lovely sandy beach, which is in immediate connection with the harbor area. On the nearby headland Bottsand, there is also a magnificent sandy beach. Here you can also choose between a textile beach and a nudist beach. In the evening, you can participate in the harbor life or watch it from the terrace - or you can follow from the living room while you have fun around the crackling bio fireplace. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
