Cancellation policy
Cancellation must always be made in writing. The following rules apply:
- In case of cancellation up to 56 days before the day of arrival, 30% of the rent will be charged.
- In case of cancellation from the 56th day (this day included) 100% of the rent is to be paid.

The beach of the town of Groot Valkenisse is located in the south of Walcheren and is the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Through the beautiful natural surroundings full of nature reserves, you can follow various cycling and walking routes. There are also many water sports activities in the area in addition to many cycling opportunities, picturesque villages and cozy restaurants. Places like Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit, you can enjoy the old houses, characteristic farms and numerous terraces. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen. Immerse yourself in this region and visit Deltapark Neeltje Jans and learn, watch and enjoy.

De eigenaren waren erg aardig en het contact verliep vlot. Het huisje is gedateerd. Veel vocht en de schoonmaak liet wat te wensen over. Wat haren in de badkuip en de deuren in de woonkamer zijn hard aan een schoonmaakbeurt toe. Een emmer met ammoniak zou hier geen kwaad kunnen. In het tweepersoonsbed zat niet veel vering en was vrij hard.
