Entering in through the front door, you are welcomed into a wonderfully homely living room, with a feature fireplace boasting an electric wood burner effect fire. The kitchen-dining room is a traditional, shaker-style in fitting with the cottage aesthetic while there are all the amenities needed for you. The dining area offers a rustic wood table and benches, and complete with beautiful complementary kitchenware. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom.
To the rear, there is some private outdoor space which is perfect for storing beach equipment or surfboards.
Locally, you are spoilt for choice in this excellent location; there is the National Trust estate of Penrose to visit, Praa Sands, Marazion and St Michaels Mount to the west, and Helford Passage to the East. The north coast is also within easy reach by car, offering more stunning beaches and coastline such as St Ives, Zennor, and Carbis Bay. Flambards theme park - an ideal kids day out - is also only a few minutes drive away.
