The sea uncovers the seabed twice a day during low tide. Then the tidal flat and the treasures of the sea lie at your feet.
On two wheels
Dithmarschen, this beautiful piece of Earth, is surrounded by water: the North Sea to the west, the North-Baltic Sea canal to the east, the Eider in the north and the Elbe estuary in the south.
Holiday destination
Elpersbüttel is the gateway to the Wadden Sea National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2009. Our village is surrounded by far-reaching arable land and lush pastures. Sheep and geese make the embankment foreland their home.
The tides on our coast are a pure spectacle of nature and are interesting for everyone. During low tide you can go on long tidal flat hikes and enjoy the sunset.
Getting there
BAB 23 exit no. 4 (Albersdorf Meldorf), in Meldorf left B5 toward Marne, after approx. 3 km sign for "Elpersbüttel", here right onto Deichstraße, after 300 m left onto Mittelweg, you have reached your destination!

Wir hatten hier unseren besten Nordseeurlaub bislang!
Die Wohnung ist neu und hochwertig eingerichtet und uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Der Spielplatz direkt vor der Haustür, der gute Bäcker nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt und sehr gute Freizeitangebote und Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Die Betreiber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht - Frau Karstens führt die Kinder mit den Ponys, Herr Karstens hat eine Traktorfahrt angeboten. Morgens können die Kinder Hühner, Ziegen und Schafe füttern und Eier einsammeln.
Der Ort liegt schön, aber viele Ausflugsziele benötigen dann doch eine kurze Autofahrt von 15-20 Minuten.
Wir können den Besuch uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bedanken uns für einen schönen Urlaub mit glücklichen Kindern!

Waren 7 Tage auf dem Hof. Happy wife happy life. Das gleiche kann ich von meinem Kind berichten. Weiter so !!!!!!
