Villa Bianca is a new, modern and charming villa with a unique location, directly overlooking the lake in the gulf of Salò and enjoying direct and private access to the beach, all with a wonderful view. Convenient to all services, it is comfortable for up to 6 adults and 2 children and is equipped with a new swimming pool with a view and a park of approx. 2000 m².
Located a few steps from the lakeside promenade of Salò, Villa Bianca is ideal for a relaxing but also fun and peaceful family holiday.
The villa is newly built, has modern architecture and has been designed with great attention to detail for comfort. Adjustable air conditioning in the living area and in the sleeping area.
It consists of 2 independent but communicating apartments with an internal and an external staircase, allowing different family groups to share a holiday with the comfort of independence and privacy but enjoying large common areas that will give unforgettable moments.
From every point of the villa and at any time of the day you can enjoy suggestive panoramas.
In the garden and on the terrace there are relaxation areas with sofas, rocking chairs, a newly built private swimming pool with a comfortable access staircase and sun loungers, the whole area has a beautiful lake view.
Rooms: Sleeps 8 in 3 well-appointed, air-conditioned rooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the lake and the swimming pool, smart TV and equipped with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and lake view, the second with smart TV, lake view and terrace. On the first floor in the living area there is a double sofa bed with lake view and terrace.
Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms are new and bright, modern, spacious and carefully finished. The bathroom on the ground floor has two entrances, one through an anteroom from the living room and one from the bedroom, equipped with a large shower.
On the first floor there are two large bathrooms, one en-suite with tub and one with shower.
Kitchens: On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator/freezer, stove, toaster , crockery, pots and pans. There is also a small kitchen wall on the first floor, equipped and functional.
Indoor and Outdoor Dining: In the living room on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a dining area overlooking the lake and the patio is furnished with a comfortable table and a large new gas barbecue. ideal for sharing good Italian cuisine.
Lounge: Sitting and conversation area with smart tv for 8 on the ground floor. Living room with sofa also on the first floor.
Swimming Pool: New and modern swimming pool, 8x3m, with wonderful lake view, comfortable stairs to access the water, furnished with sun loungers.
Garden: about 2000 square meters of well-kept garden decorated with aromatic and typical plants of the area.
Media: 3 new smart TVs, with HD flat screen, Astra satellite, USB connection.

Holiday Garda no longer requires a damage deposit. All of our guests are now covered for damages in the villa by our liability insurance, with the damage waiver fee of 7 euros per night.

The villa is facing the lake on the Gulf of Salò and offers private access to the beach. It is located a few minutes walk from the wonderful promenade that runs along the beach and the center of Salò. A few steps from the villa there is a new luxury hotel with restaurant and bar.
The city of Salò is a splendid city with a lively cultural and musical life, numerous restaurants for every need and desire and a wide and interesting range of shops. There are numerous beaches and a suggestive 6 km long promenade which runs along the lake.
Holiday-Garda guests are always met on site with a personalised checkin with english speaking local experts, who will provide an orientation on both the house and the local area. We also provide a very detailed house manual with a local guide, including restaurant guide, shopping guide, local activities and more; and our concierge director is always available to help you liaise and access any local service.

You may cancel the booking at any time up to 60 days before your arrival date, and your advance payments will be returned in full. If you cancel the booking between 60 and 30 days of your arrival, the prepayments will not be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the entire amount of the stay is due. In the unlikely event that the owner must cancel your booking all of your payments will be refunded in full.
