Our cozy holiday home is 85 sqm in size and suitable for up to 5 people. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen and living room area, a storage room, and a guest toilet. In the living room, there is a gas stove where you can make yourself comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed. There is also a small storage room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The property is 400 sqm, located directly on the water with its own jetty and private motorboat. From here, you can directly explore the waterways of North Holland without a license. Great destinations for excursions are the historic cities of Enkhuizen, Hoorn, and Alkmaar.
A private motorboat with 9.9 HP can be used without a license. From November 1st to February 29th, the boat is not in the water. However, if the weather is particularly nice, there is the possibility to put the boat in the water at short notice. A gas stove is available, as well as 2 e-bikes for free use. The house has Wi-Fi.

The polders around Medemblik are known for their good pike stocks - but please fish only after obtaining a Vispas and during the open season.
The quaint old town of Medemblik is located right on the IJsselmeer. You can take the historic steam train to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam and the expansive North Sea beaches can be reached in about half an hour by car. Sailing, paddling, and cycling are excellent activities to enjoy. If you like fishing, you can do it directly from the house or by boat. The polders are very popular with pike anglers.
