Ocean view Apartment with 3 panoramic Terraces, 2 Swimming pools & Tennis court is located in the heart of the tourist’s favourite South coast resort Portugal - Albufeira. Being part of an exclusive Encosta Da Orada complex, our apartment is a perfect getaway for young couples and families. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term holiday in any season.
Our apartment is a modern, brand new flat, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 92 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 4 people.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large living room, featuring 2 sofa - beds, Smart TV Samsung LED - 55'' (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 160 satellite channels free for our guests), bathroom with a hydromassage bath, fully equipped kitchen and 3 terraces.
The living room has direct access to 2 terraces with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The kitchen has an access to the third terrace with the views of beautiful landscaped garden and 2 swimming pools.
All patios are equipped with the dining zone and the large sunny terrace has also 2 deck chairs.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities that might be handy during the stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven (Zanussi), dishwashing machine, washing machine, fridge (Zanussi), water kettle, coffee machine (DeLonghi Magnifica) etc.
Our apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners (Haier), which can be used for both cooling and heating.
Please keep quiet from 11.00 p.m. till 07.00 a.m., respect other residents’ peace.
What is available to the guests:
Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment.
Showers and toilets are available on the territory of the pools for our guests.
To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds, control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms.
If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair (they are free for our guests, but you should notify us previously).
We offer our guests tennis rackets and a set of tennis balls (also for free), which guests can use to play on the tennis court in the complex.
Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults (depth up to 160 cm) and kids (depth up to 50 cm), from 08.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. The deck chairs and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests.
Tennis courts, 2 swimming pools and other recreational facilities are available only to residents and guests of the apartments.
The territory of the complex is closed, and during the period from May to October the complex is monitored and guarded.

The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car.
If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our car rental partners - they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best options.
