Apartment number 2 is located in the Het Strandleven apartment complex. The modern and spacious apartment offers numerous amenities. A large living room with an open kitchen, garden doors, a sauna, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. It accommodates up to 4 people.
In the quiet village of Groote Keeten and within walking distance to the beach. Additionally, there is a fenced garden facing south. So you can enjoy the sun.
In the surrounding area, you can do many things, visit a market or a museum. In spring, the tulips bloom in the fields around the complex. In summer, the location is outstanding; the distance to the beach is ideal. In autumn, you can get some fresh air in the area, there are great hiking and cycling trails starting from your apartment, and when you come home, you can relax in the warm sauna.

Groote Keeten is a village on the North Holland coast.
If you want to go to the beach, you only need to cross one row of dunes. The beach is wide, peaceful, and clean. In the summer, there is a lovely beach pavilion where you can watch the sun set into the sea. In the square in Groote Keeten, there is a restaurant.
A 5-minute car ride away is the charming village of Callantsoog. The village square offers a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and a large supermarket. On the beach, you will find 6 beach pavilions.
You can pick up the keys at the NaarZee.com office. You'll find us at Dorpsplein 3b in Callantsoog, right by the stone steps to the beach.

Cancelling your trip is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are then due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or in case of no-show: the entire rental price
If the property is re-rented or otherwise occupied at a later date within the period you cancelled, this is not a reason for an additional refund.
