You will find the apartment on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment has been renovated with a great style and with all the necessary comforts for a perfect vacation. The large kitchen living dining room will be the center of your family gatherings. It is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, Smart TV, a cozy dining table, an induction cooker and everything you need to cook on your days off. In the apartment you have 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a trundle bed and the last one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Finally, the house is equipped with ducted AC, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
The apartment's terrace is perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast in the morning or relaxing in the afternoon after spending a great day at the beach. It offers a charming terrace table, sofa area and clear views.

If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
