The Residence Conca Verde is situated in a sunny and quiet position in Trarego Viggiona, a few minutes before the village of Viggiona, where there are 2 restaurants, about 2 km from the village of Trarego, where a small grocery corner shop is located and about 4 km from Cannero Riviera with its beautiful beach, grocery shop and lakeside promenade with restaurants and cafes.
Getting there
Main road from Switzerland (border Brissago - Cannobio Piaggio Valmara) to Cannero Riviera, in Cannero Riviera turn right towards Trarego Viggiona and after about 4 km on the 9th hairpin bend turn left. The first property is Residence Conca Verde, your apartment Alba is on the left side. After handing over the keys, you can park in the underground car park on the first parking space on the left.

Die Treppe zur Wohnung und in der Wohnung ist leider ohne Gelände, so dass es etwas erschwert ist, wenn man nicht ganz so fit auf den Beinen ist. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Lago. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig und man kann immer gut hören, wenn in der Nebenwohnung zum Beispiel Stühle verrückt werden. Die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage wurde von der Vermieterin entfernt, da sie die Heizung angemacht hatte. Diese konnte auch nur von ihr gesteuert werden und wurde auch auf Bitten von uns nicht nicht höher gestellt. Die Handtuchheizung im Bad funktioniert gar nicht wenn die Heizung an ist, so dass die Handtücher auch nicht wirklich trocknen können. Das Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut und man ist wach wenn der Partner sich bewegt.

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den See mit guter Ausstattung. Ein Punkt Abzug für die Betten. Sie knarzen und die Matratzen sind für unseren Geschmack viel zu hart.
Trotzdem würden wir das Apartment wieder buchen.
