Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited Islands.

Die Villa liegt sehr schön an einem Kanal in einem ruhige Viertel von Cape Coral, ist gut besonnt und schön ausgestattet. Man kann so schön entspannen und sich dem Floridafeeling hingeben. Dennoch sind einige Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto in Reichweite, so dass man interessante Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Wir waren nun schon vier Mal in dieser Villa und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Villa ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und selbst mit einer Nutzung mit 8 Personen sehr großräumig. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort. Sehr zentral gelegen. Super urlaubsfeeling. Wir kommen wieder.
