The two-storey coachman's house, over 100 years old, has been converted into a well-designed 50 m² cottage, the barn doors replaced with glazing and doors, so that you always have a link to the old garden with venerable walnut trees.
Ground floor: 3-metre-long kitchenette with window above the sink and a sofa bed in the living and kitchen area. At large, floor-to-ceiling windows there is a dining table at which 3 people can dine - very cosy due to the old brick ceiling and the floor in natural stone design warmed by modern underfloor heating. Two people can sleep on the couch (1.40m). An oak staircase, under which the shower room is cleverly arranged, leads to the bedroom with workstation.
Entrance via a wide garden terrace where you can sit in a small group. For use at the neighbouring cottage: common room (5 m²) with washing machine/dryer. Next to it a newly equipped fitness room (18 m²) (appointment on request)

A stone's throw away from the river Nuthe (Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park) is a perfect retreat from where you can start great cycling/hiking/riding tours in the nearer (Caputh with Einstein House, Sanssouci Palace, Cecilienhof Palace, Babelsberg Palace, film studios ) and more distant (Berlin) surroundings. Public transport by bus and tram to Potsdam city centre (20 min) and Berlin Zoo / City West (25 min) and main railway station (35 min).
Car: 3 min to motorway exit Saarmund/Bergholz-Rehbrücke.
We are business-friendly: on request we organize shuttles to and from Berlin's Airport BER (35 min) or the local train station Potsdam-Rehbrücke (3 min) and assist with reservations for restaurants or other activities.
