The apartment is newly built in 2023. The house is modern and fully furnished, featuring 3 bedrooms for 7 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds on the first floor, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed (for 3 people) and a toilet. We do not rent to groups. The apartment is suitable for families.
There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a microwave-oven combination, dishwasher, and induction cooker, refrigerator. A crib and high chair are available, and toys have been thought of. The house has a large south-facing terrace. Two private parking spaces are included with the house.
The quiet park is situated below the dunes; the beautiful beach of Zoutelande is just 400 meters away. The park has a playground for small children. For older children, there is a football and basketball court and table tennis.

The holiday home is located on the edge of the holiday park Zee, Bos en Duin in Zoutelande. The quiet park is situated below the dunes, and the beautiful beach of Zoutelande is only 400 meters away. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy beautiful walks, jogging, or fantastic bike rides. The cozy center of Zoutelande with shops, terraces, and various restaurants is just a 10-minute walk away.
The park features a playground, a panna cage, a basketball hoop, table tennis, and also a table football game.
