Fully equipped holiday home with whirlpool and sauna as well as a beautiful view of the scenic surroundings of the house and the property. Outside you can even guess the North Sea. The wooden house built in 1975 was fundamentally repaired in 2001. It has a bright kitchen / living area with dining area and functional furnishings in the five bedrooms. Also Hems under the roof, a bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and guest toilet in the house. In the entrance area a pool table is set up to pass the time. Electricity consumption can be reduced through the wood stove and the installed heat pump. The heat pump can also act as air conditioning in summer. Outside there is swing and sandpit for the kids. The house is only about 600 m from the nearest beach, on a natural plot with dunes and a natural grassy area. It is located just north of the resort of Lønstrup.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
