Cancellation and suspension of stay
(1) If the lessee renounces the contract before the beginning of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

-up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: cancellation is possible
-up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 70% of the rental price
-up to 15 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 13 days before rental) 100% of the rental price.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellations or cancellations can only be made in writing. The date applicable is the day the explanation of cancelation is received by the advertiser.

Sehr netter und immer ansprechbarer Vermieter, dem es am Herzen liegt, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach nur ein Traum, mit den verschiedenen Orten, an denen man sich zurückziehen kann. Die Anlage ist genau so, wie im Internet beschrieben und wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann, sprich, und es war alles blitzsauber und top gepflegt. Man kann dieses "Juwel" nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!
