MARINA Holiday House with Pool is a 3 star Holiday house. It is located in Kruncici - a small village distant 18 km from the town of Rovinj and 17 km from the town of Porec where is the closest beach. Interior size is 200 m2 and terrace is 100 m2. The house is spread over 3 floors: ground floor + 1st floor + 2nd floor. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. In the courtyard of the house, it is available a private swimming pool.The pool is filled with chlorine water. There is a possibility to use BBQ in the courtyard of the house.Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 2 extra beds (2 single beds). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Agency will refund the guest already paid advance deposit (minus the cost of transfer fee).
• The agency will retain 30% of the total price in case of cancellation 14-0 days before arrival. If the guest has paid in advance the full amount of the reservation, the agency will retain 30% and will refund to the customer 70% of the total cost (minus the cost of banking money transfer).
