The villa is located in Vodnjan in the southwest of Istria, about 10 km from Pula. Just a few minutes from the center of Vodnjan, the villa on the edge of town offers its guests peace and relaxation.
The villa accommodates 6 adults + 2 children and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen with dining area and living room. The living room and dining room are connected to the outdoor area through large French windows, where you can enjoy the sun on a large terrace, the heated outdoor pool, as well as a magnificent view of the sea and the Brijuni National Park and islands. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with their own terrace and exit to the outside of the house.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a living room and wardrobe for one of them. Each bedroom has its own terrace, which opens the space to the outside even more. The youngest can enjoy the garden and swing, while the older ones can play table tennis or even barbecue.
The homeowner does not wish for more than 6 adults in the villa. 6 adults + 2 children are allowed.

Pula is the largest and oldest city in Istria and, with its varied history, today it is also the tourist and cultural center of the region. You can reach Pula quickly and comfortably by car, bus, train, or airplane. Under normal traffic conditions, you can expect a driving time of about 6.5 hours by car from Munich (approximately 610 km to Pula). Pula Airport near Valtura is also only about 6 km from the city. Once there, you can continue to the bus station with the Pula airport bus.
