The living area covers approximately 90m²: On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room (with Wi-Fi, color TV (Sat. German), stereo system, video recorder, etc.), a guest toilet, and a fully equipped and quaint kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) with a spacious dining area.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and a modern bathroom (bathtub, washbasin, toilet). The sleeping area consists of a large room with a double bed and panoramic views of the beautiful courtyard and a smaller children's room with two single beds.

1) Rentals are only legally binding with the written confirmation of the owners.
2) Rentals begin on the day of arrival from 3 PM and end on the day of departure at 9 AM.
3) Unless otherwise agreed, the holiday home may only be occupied by the number of persons (+ number of pets) specified in the contract.
4) Cancellation of the rental agreement by the traveler:
In the event of your cancellation, you are entitled to provide a substitute tenant who takes over the concluded booking contract with all rights and obligations (rebooking). In this case, there will be no costs for you. If you cancel without rebooking:
– up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the deposit made will be retained by the landlord.
– within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, if the holiday home cannot be rented out to someone else, 90% of the total price will be charged.
5) It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance in your interest.
