from the date of receipt of the tenant's deposit up to 121 days before arrival: free of charge; from 120 up to 61 days before arrival: amount equal to the deposit; from the 60th day until the 15th day before arrival: 50% of the total price; from 14 up to the 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total price.
