This attractive and modernly furnished apartment is quietly situated, just outside the center of Cadzand-Bad and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and sea. The apartment is on the first floor and has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
Layout:
On the ground floor, you enter a hall from which stairs lead up. The bright and inviting living room has a seating area with TV, a dining table, and a modern open kitchen. Through the sliding door, you have access to the balcony overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a combination microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
The master bedroom has a double bed (160 cm wide). The second bedroom has a single bed and a fold-out bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet in the hall.
There is a communal pool that can be used from June 4th to September 3rd. The apartment has a storage room where you can store your bicycles. You can park your car (free of charge) in a public parking lot on the street.
This apartment can be rented per week, midweek, or weekend. In the high season (July-August), it is only available per week with Saturday as the arrival and departure day. Outside the high season, Monday, Friday, or Saturday can be the arrival and departure day. Other days upon request.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and for sun worshipers - the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year.

If the tenant cancels a signed rental agreement for any reason, there is an obligation to pay compensation to the landlord amounting to the rent or a part of it.

From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay € 35,- in administration fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend the tenant to take out cancellation insurance with an (travel) insurance company.
