Built over 400 years ago, this farmhouse is being converted into an eco-friendly, luxurious holiday home with historical charm. The house will be ready by the end of 2022. The pictures show the current state of the construction work. Rentals will start from February 2023.
The house is located in Polling, a historically significant village in a scenic part of the Alps.
Please note that the property can also be rented by smaller groups. If you rent one bedroom, you'll have access to the entire ground floor (1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room, an anteroom, a large luxury kitchen with a dining room, a guest toilet, a gym); the first floor and the top floor will not be accessible. If you rent two bedrooms, you'll also have access to a second bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor. If you rent three bedrooms, you'll have access to the entire ground floor and the first floor with the large living area. If you rent 4 or more bedrooms, you'll also have access to the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The house is only ever rented out to one party at a time.

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 42 days before the start of the rental period. 50% of the rental price will be retained for cancellations made thereafter. 100% of the rental price will be retained for cancellations made from 14 days before the start of the rental period.
