The house is located in a nice quiet park in Egmond aan den Hoef. 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the dunes. At 700 meters you will find shops such as the supermarket and the butcher. The city such as Alkmaar is also nearby, its 15 minutes travel time.
The holiday home is easily accessible by car. The highways to Egmond aan den Hoef are very good and easily accessible. The car can be parked next to the holiday home in its own private parking lot.
