Apartment Caroline is located on the first floor of the former silk spinning mill in Cremia. The elaborately restored building now houses several beautiful holiday apartments that are privately owned and provide a charming setting for a lovely vacation at Lake Como.
The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one of which has a lake view, a living room with access to the balcony, a very well-equipped kitchen area, and a bright bathroom. The furnishings, equipment, and decor are modern, new, and very appealing. The balcony is particularly beautiful with its impressive view of Lake Como.
Here you can enjoy a nice breakfast, read comfortably in the sun, or savor a glass of wine in the evening. The central heating is especially appreciated in the spring and autumn. A reserved garage parking space is included.
You can access the apartment via stairs or an elevator. In the bedroom with the two single beds, there is also the possibility to accommodate an additional child. The garage parking space saves you the hassle of looking for parking, especially in the summer, a real plus.

From Cremia, ships crisscross Lake Como. In the surrounding mountains, you can enjoy beautiful hikes.
The former silk spinning mill that houses Apartment Caroline is located right on the shore of Lake Como. The location is quiet, and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The romantic sailing boat harbor is within sight, and in the town, right by the lake, there are some nice restaurants and bars. The house has a park-like garden with several seating areas and a private bathing spot.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For cancellations made later, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that a loss has not occurred or not in the amount calculated.
