Villa Bellerose has been rebuilt in a comfortable Provençal style and offers guests 5 spacious bedrooms spread over 3 floors (4 bedrooms are air-conditioned). The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area just outside the village of Valbonne.
The villa offers views of the countryside and the village from almost every corner of the house.
There is a cosy living area with dining room which flows into the well-equipped kitchen. A rear kitchen with American fridge is also available. Gas hob, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle provided.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the first floor and has lovely views of the countryside across the valley.
On the ground floor there are 3 further double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. A full flat with TV corner is located on the garden level of the villa. This area of the house is equipped with a living room and open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The door leads to the garden.
There is a large pool which can be heated and is fenced for safety (both available on request), and there are several flat lawns in the garden where children can play.
There is parking for 3 cars at the villa.
