Delightful, detached holiday villa with a fully enclosed garden, 3 km from the lively center of Jávea and the pleasant sandy beach of El Arenal. Ideal for a sunny family holiday on the Costa Blanca.

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a wooded park. Children can play here in the beautifully landscaped playground while you enjoy the peace and nature in the shade of the trees. Admire the beautiful view of the Montgó mountain and take a nice walk there. The hinterland is rich in old castles and picturesque villages where time seems to have stood still. Also worth mentioning is the Cap de la Nau lighthouse, which to this day functions as a beacon for ships at sea and from where you have an impressive view of the Costa Blanca.

Wir kamen am Anreisetag etwas früher an. aber das war kein Problem. Das Haus wurde noch geputzt, aber wir konnten schon im Pool schwimmen gehen.
Das Haus war ordentlich und sauber und komplett ausgestattet.
Das WLAN war während des Aufenthalts ausgefallen. Unser Ansprechpartner hat mitgedacht. und nach einem Tag wurde es wiederhergestellt. sehr schön mit 3 Teenagern!
Wir verbrachten einen Tag damit, den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten, verbrachten einen Tag am Strand, besuchten den Markt in der Altstadt von Javea und schauten uns den Hafen an, wenn die Fischer mit ihrem Fang zurückkamen und dieser versteigert wurde.
Wir haben mehrmals am Haus gegrillt, sind aber auch im Bachus-Restaurant Agila essen gegangen, das vom Haus aus bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir haben auch einmal auf dem Boulevard gegessen.
